1972 7月1-15日（沙沙的烂英文日记）

1 July 72 (Sat)

Walked around the book store with FF, bought a lottery.  Spend FF ‘Look2’.  Ate a lot of durians which bought by Albert.

 

2 July 72 (Sun)

淇 phoned and asked me whether I like to go to Ave Maria School’s Fun Fair or not, because she’d 4 books of tickets and don’t want to waste them.  Very lousy Fun Fair, I dare said they’re cheating, the boys are so damn naughty.  Met Peter, gave us a lift back.  Ate our lunch in ‘Oasis’, 淇 said better not go to the show, then we can eat slowly.

At home, 淇 said my eyebrows are a bit too thick, so she picks for me, very painful indeed.

Ate durian at night.

 

5 July 72 (Wed)

Time to have our salary, paid 55 dollars all together with my new 会，淇 sold two dresses to me and a bottle of ‘Astrigent’ too.

 

7 July 72 (Fri)

Went to the show ‘Play misty for me’ with Shir, American style,  quite exciting.  Boy stays here tonight.

 

8 July 72 (Sat)

Took boy to roam around the town, bought some books and cakes too, used 5 dollars.

 

9 July 72 (Sun)

Very quiet and dull at home, so went to the show ‘寻母三万里’, lousy picture, wasted money.

 

10 July 72 (Mon)

Few samples to test, when we were free, took out the Dictionary and asked each other about the hard word, in this way, we’ll improve a lot.

 

1 5 July 72 (Sat)

淇 was waiting for me to go to shopping, walked from New Town to the Old Town, then to the record shop opposite the ‘Lido Theatre’, cheap sale, I bought two, one is The Bee Gees, the other one is the Jade & Pepper, 5.75 each.  淇 bought a Hawaii Big Ben. 

Have our supper in the Chusan.  I decided to give the Jade & Pepper one to Rocky as Birthday present, sold another one to Mum.

I bought a box of eye shadow in ‘Modern World’.  Mum spend us chicken rice in ‘San San. The filling in my tooth came out, tomorrow take two hours leave in order to go to the dentist.
